Inaugurated in 1958, this iconic and imposing building embodies the boldness and modernity of the time, and the concept behind the renovation of the Hilton Paris La Défense is a tribute to this exciting era. Following on from the 153 rooms and reception area, it is now the turn of the restaurant to move to the rhythm of the swinging sixties.

To help fully reflect the incredible vibrancy of 60s’ Paris, the Hilton Paris La Défense team has chosen to pay tribute to some extraordinary women.
All brilliant stars of the artistic, literary and pictorial worlds, they became, through their talent, charisma and intelligence, the muses of this new era.
They were women who sparked change and who went on to become truly iconic, counting among their ranks Loulou de La Falaise, Kiki Caron, Jane Birkin, Audrey Hepburn, Brigitte Bardot, Jeanne Moreau, Agnès Varda, Françoise Sagan, Niki de Saint-Phalle, Simone de Beauvoir and Simone Veil, to name but a few.
A varied and all-day menu
Muses is open every day, from morning till night.
Whether it is for breakfast, morning and afternoon breaks, lunch, dinner, friendly after-hours or late-night drinks, guests and residents will find something to suit their every mood whatever the time of day.
For business lunches, Muses offers a set menu that changes twice a month, as well as a varied à la carte menu featuring tasty casseroles, fresh salads and delicious must-try dishes. In the evenings, guests are invited to enjoy dips and sharing boards while soaking up the restaurant's cheerful atmosphere.
And as for drinks, the menu features a number of grands crus served by the glass, as well as a mixology menu that is a true enticement to discover our creative signature cocktails.
And for those with a sweet tooth, pastry chef Nina Métayer's dessert trolley offers irresistible mouth-watering temptations!
